LA in 50 Words

I went west this summer and found a place without humidity. Swam in the Pacific Ocean. Experienced the thrills of Cirque, and the nerves that can come from answering phones. Fifty words probably aren’t enough to do it justice. Good thing it’s only goodbye for now.

I’ll be back

I will withhold from posting an image or video of the former governor of California from the Terminator films as that would be the easiest thing. A week from today I will be back on the east coast, at home with my family, and doing practically nothing for two weeks, though that does have its [...]

News to Me

I know this isn’t the best thing to be admitting, but ever since coming to LA I have been addicted to the entertainment new websites and my knowledge of the news of the rest of the world has been minimal. Remnants of a Classic

This past Monday we got a tour of the Warner Brothers Studio Lot. The whole experience was amazing, getting to see the back lot where hundreds of famous films have been made, probably my favorite story being Tobey Maguire nearly choking from the rain in the upside down kiss scene in Spider-Man. We saw a [...]

On the Job in LA

As summer has officially come to pass I can already tell that this summer will be different from any summer that I have ever had. Not only because I’m living in L.A., in itself something that clearly makes these two months stand out from the rest. But the real influential factor is that, especially from [...]

LA: Week 1

So we’ve been out here for a week and some change, so might as well get this first post up on the blog. This past week has been an experience to say the least, still a little thrown when the major sporting events are starting at 5 in the afternoon. The week has been non-stop [...]
