This assignment, among other things we have learned these two weeks, got me really thinking about how important the “basics” are to any project. So when we were instructed to tell a story using just 3 pictures, I wanted to get back to the basics of storytelling: beginning, middle, end. Life is the same way; everything in this world – no matter how simple – must have a creation, life, and destruction. Thus I decided to focus on an object with the shortest life span I could imagine: a bubble. It is created from nothing just by air, lives for a few quick moments, and then is gone faster than eyes can see. So i took my camera, set it on the fastest shutter speed I could, and tried to capture everything I could.
