Yesterday, I made the two and a half hour drive out to Joshua Tree National Park. The Colorado and the Mojave Deserts, along with the Little San Bernardino Mountains make up the three ecosystems in the park, which makes for incredible sightseeing.
We spent the day filming, shooting and exploring the various trails in the park (trying to avoid the rattlesnakes along the way).
At night, I got to complete one of the items on my bucket list, which was to see the Milky Way Galaxy. We stayed in the park until the stars were visible and, although it got a little cloudy, it was an unbeatable view.
To the left is a photo of the Joshua Tree, for which the park is named. I would definitely recommend visiting the park to anyone who doesn’t mind a bit of a drive.
