Roller Skating at Venice

Today I went to Venice beach, which is by far the most interesting place one can go out here in LA. The people-watching is fascinating. We found an amazing little spot where people freely roller skate/dance/hula-hoop/parkour at random. Some people prefer synchronized skating, while others prefer to dance solo. It wasn’t just bizarre that this was actually happening, but that every single one was extremely talented at it. It made me think about how many talented people there are out here, just doing what they love to do in public. Perhaps they are trying to get noticed, or perhaps they get fulfillment out of their lives by dancing in roller skates to remixed music.
